About Event

AURA is the brainchild of student council of PIMS. This March we are conducting the fifth edition of AURA- an intercollege cultural, academic and sports fest. The event brings more than 50 colleges in the country to take part in the fest. This colourful fest will will feature variety of events and sports wherein the competition will be firece and the rewards huge.

Events

The cultural feast will comprise of Solo dance, Western Group Dance, Indian Dance, Music competitions, Fashion Show, CYOM, Adaptunes, Short film competition, Photography challenge, etc. , The academic department is conducting Junior Quiz, Senior Quiz, Dumb Charades and also is setting up a number of variety stalls that will house a lot of fun games. Competition in all standard sports such as football, basketball, throwball, volleyball, hockey, tennis (singles and doubles), table-tennis (singles, doubles and mixed doubles), athletics, futsal and chess will be conducted. Not only that there are certain customized games such as Basketball threes, Volleyball threes and much more. The literary fest will test your wits with competitions such as Adzap, Cine quiz, Street Play, Debate, A minute to fame, Creative Writing, Movie Dub, Mr & Mrs AURA, Talk show, Block and Tackle, Shipwreck, tattoo art, etc.

Event Guests

Apart from these competitions there will be entertainement in the form of Pro-shows. A DJ night to shake your legs, a rock show to headbang along to the guitar riffs and various celebrities to judge your performance in the above competitions
